We use this paper to print our Gala Donation Forms; White sheet is turned into the office, yellow sheet the volunteer obtaining the donated item, and the pink sheet to the Donor.The carbonless triplicate forms are stapled together in a set and HAPPILY when the top while sheet is completed, last sheet in the set – the pink sheet – is typically very clear!
