The TL-SL2210 is an 8-port 10/100 Mbps smart switch with two Gigabit ports and one Gigabit SFP slot. It offers various features to enhance network security and performance. Security strategies such as 802.1Q VLAN, port security, and storm control help protect your LAN investment. L2/L3/L4 QoS and IGMP snooping optimize voice and video applications. The switch supports Web/CLI managed modes, SNMP, and RMON, providing abundant management features. Layer 2 features include link aggregation control protocol (LACP), support for up to 512 VLANs simultaneously, spanning tree protocols (STP, RSTP, and MSTP), IGMP snooping, quality of service (QoS), and four priority queues. It also supports IEEE 802.1p and DSCP QoS for better network management. Security strategies include access control list (ACL) for L2 to L4, port security, storm control, and encryption options such as SSL and SSH. The switch offers web-based GUI and command line interface (CLI) for management, SNMP v1, v2c, and v3, and RMON (1, 2, 3, and 9 groups) for network monitoring. Hardware features include standards and protocols such as IEEE 802.3i, 802.3u, 802.3ab, 802.3z, 802.3x, 802.1d, 802.1s, 802.1w, 802.1q, and 802.1p. It has eight 10/100 Mbps RJ45 ports with auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDIX, one 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 port, and one Gigabit SFP slot. The network media supports 10BASE-T using UTP category 3, 4, or 5 cable (maximum 100 m), 100BASE-TX/1000Base-T using UTP category 5, 5e, or above cable (maximum 100 m), and 1000BASE-X using MMF or SMF. The switch is fanless and powered by a 100V~240V AC power supply with a maximum power consumption of 4.9W (220V/50Hz). Its dimensions are 11.6 x 7.1 x 1.7 inches (294 x 180 x 44 mm). Performance-wise, the switch offers a bandwidth of 5.6Gbps, a packet forwarding rate of 4.2Mpps, an 8K MAC address table, a 4.1MB packet buffer memory, and support for jumbo frames of 10KB. The software features include support for 802.1p CoS/DSCP priority, four priority queues, port/flow-based rate limiting, voice VLAN, L2 features such as IGMP snooping V1, V2, and V3, 802.3ad LACP with up to 6 aggregation groups and 4 ports per group, spanning tree protocols, BPDU filtering/guard, TC/Root protect, loop back detection, 802.3x flow control, VLAN support for up to 512 simultaneous VLANs, access control list for L2~L4 packet filtering based on source and destination MAC address, IP address, TCP/UDP ports, 802.1p, DSCP, protocol, and VLAN ID, time range-based security, SSH v1, v2, and v3 encryption, SSL v2, v3, and TLSv1, port security, broadcast/multicast/unknown unicast storm control, web-based GUI and CLI for management, SNMP v1, v2c, and v3, RMON (1, 2, 3, and 9 groups), CPU monitoring, port mirroring, time setting with SNTP, firmware upgrade with TFTP and web, system diagnose with VCT, SYSLOG, and public MIBs, and rackmount kit with rubber feet. The system requirements include Microsoft Windows 8/7/Vista/XP, Mac OS, or Linux-based operating systems. The recommended environment for operation is operating temperature between 0℃~40℃ (32℉~104℉), storage temperature between -40℃~70℃ (-40℉~158℉), and operating humidity between 10%~90% non-condensing, with storage humidity between 5%~90%, also non-condensing.
