Our Beber carving knives are of a traditional pattern featuring a high quality Sheffield steel blade that has been finely ground and polished to a keen edge. The handles are from top quality Rosewood that is nicely finished and waxed. Made in Sheffield England by a leading manufacturer. The Beber skew knife is designed to perform vertical cuts in areas difficult to access with a standard carving knife, the knife features a double riveted Rosewood handle. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TOOL IS SUPPLIED WITH A FACTORY SHARP EDGE BUT WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HONE IT ON A LEATHER STROP WITH THE APPROPRIATE COMPOUND TO ACHIEVE OPTIMUM CUTTING PERFORMANCE.
