**WI-TEK WI-PE31E Extender** The WI-PE31E PoE Extender is a straightforward device that effortlessly extends the distance of 100-meter standard data transmission to 250 meters using CAT5e/6 UTP cable. With just a plug-and-play setup, no additional power supply or configuration is required. This device provides remarkable flexibility, allowing you to extend the range of your PoE network three or four times the original length or more. It also supports forwarding both Ethernet data and PoE power to remote devices. For cost-effective power management, the WI-PE31E finds wide application in various fields: * City intelligent traffic monitoring systems (ITS), safe cities, and wireless cities * Large industrial factories and enterprise security surveillance systems * Highway surveillance systems, electronic road surveillance, and snapshot systems * Remote multimedia teaching and campus surveillance, video conferencing systems * Building intercoms, wireless communications, and video surveillance systems The WI-PE31E works as a PoE extension switch with its built-in PoE power supply. It features an input of 1 x 10 / 1000Mbps Fast Ethernet PoE port and outputs of 2 x 10 / 100Mbps Fast Ethernet ports (PoE IEEE 802.3af / at up to 30W). The Ethernet signal transmission and PoE power supply can reach up to 150 meters. Additionally, it has a power supply of 52Vdc (optional with the WI-PA52 additional power adapter, 52V / 1.25A, available for 11 EUR). The device is compact, measuring 60x88x25mm, and supports cascade connection of up to 4 extensions.
