Here at the Caseificio Reale we try to find the perfect blend of modernity and tradition based on our conviction that innovations in the food and farming sector can only be brought about through respect for the ancient lore and knowledge that have made this region a centre for absolute excellence that is recognised all over the world. This is why we have chosen to reinstate the values of craftsmanship and love for this local area that were well known to the ancient cheese makers in and around Racconigi, to the extent that they were chosen by the kings of Italy to make the finest cheeses to be served at the noblest tables in the kingdom.

This is an area of the country that is blessed by fortune. A corner of Piedmont, halfway between the Alps and the Po Valley, where lush green pastures grow thanks to a perfect climate for dairy herds. By respecting and protecting this biodiversity we can continue to produce raw materials that are as good and genuine as they once were, and this allows us to create prestigious cheeses of unparalleled quality.
